In-ground Installation:
1.1 Dig a hole with the size 500*500*500mm
1.2 Pour the mixed concrete into the hole until to the ground level.
1.3 Put the main frame into the middle of the hole
1.4 Pave the safety surface.
1.5 Let the concrete solidification for at least 7 days and later we can use it.
3. To be the comprehensive development of strength, speed, endurance and other physical; enhance physical fitness and improve health.
The rough process flows are as above:raw material-cutting material-drilling hole-welding-polishing-sand blasting-
cleaning-powder coating-assembly-finished products.
1.Before we powder coating, we do the process of sand blasting to enhance the adhesion of
coating when powder coating.
2.After sand blasting, we do the process as below:
a.clean 1 with water: wash the impurities of parts surface such as rust,oil,fiber and so on in order
to make degreasing surface become much cleaner
b.degrease:remove the the impurities of parts surface such as rust,oil,fiber and so on
c.clean 2 with water:spray water directly
d.clean 3 with water:spray water directly to make the parts surface much cleaner
e.Phasphating:form phosphating film to make the parts surface to combine with the powder better

1.International standard packing:bubble film inside and batt outside
